Our services include a holistic medicine approach based on sound medical massage knowledge, but we are not physicians. This is wellness massage therapy. I am a State Certifed Medical Massage Therapist and a graduate of Blue Heron Academy. We specialize in deep tissue massage, medical massage therapy, manual therapy according to naprapathic technique, pain management and erradication. We also specialize in healing injuries caused by automobile accidents, sports injuries, and workplace injuries. We can help reverse the effects of injuries caused by repetitive motion, poor posture, and poor lifting habits. At Holistic Health Options, Grand Rapids, MI, we believe in promoting holistic wellness through injury prevention and holistic health maintenance.
At Holistic Health Options, you will likely feel 80% better after your first visit. However, this is just the beginning. Just like any form of effective healthcare, it takes time for you body to heal and be rid of the pain. I usually recommend at least 6 treatments fairly close together to begin and then we will tailor the treatment to your condition.
